QS PortalExperimental sandbox build

This is where new QS Portal features get built and tried out before they're considered for the main portal. Things here may change, break, or disappear between visits — that's the point of a nightly build.

• New features land here first — search upgrades, extra themes, role changes.
• Fully separate from production — its own database, nothing here touches real data.
• Feedback welcome — what works well tends to graduate to the main portal.
